Biography

Bernarda di Miceli is a Corleone native resident, the daughter of Antonino di Miceli and Antonina Mangiameli, who married in 1762.

Bernarda marries at least twice, first to Pietro Marino, son of the late Giuseppe Marino and Giuseppa Turco, and widower of Arcangela Fratello, on 6 February 1785. Her father has died by this time.[1]

Pietro and Bernarda have at least one child, Giovanni (c. 1805).

Bernarda remarries to Angelo Giunta, the adopted son of the late Vincenzo Giunta and the living Onofria Vanella, on 13 May 1801 in Corleone.[2]

Bernarda has died by 1808, when Angelo remarries.[3]

Giovanni marries Gaetana Cutrone on 11 May 1834. His parents have both died by this time.[4]
